my stay was so underwhelming! the shower gel was empty, and the water tap was absolutely ancient—not what you'd expect from a hotel like this. i was also shocked to find no welcome gift, as if i’m just another guest. it's almost as if they wanted me to be uncomfortable, which is totally unacceptable.

All good, fulfills its purpose. The staff was incredibly attentive and went out of their way to help with special requests. The spacious room with a rejuvenating bathtub added a touch of luxury for relaxation.
